About GFF

Faith expressed through action.

The Griffiths Family Foundation is a private family foundation with a Christian purpose: to walk out our faith by living its values in all our spheres of influence, and to encourage others to do the same.

Our story

A conviction to meet the need.

The Foundation began with a Windsor family and a business built here at home. As that work grew, the Griffiths family kept coming back to a simple belief: if a need is in front of you and you can help, you help. That belief led to the formal creation of the Foundation in 2022.

It started small and close to home, supporting a handful of organizations the family already knew and trusted—people doing work they had seen firsthand. Over time, that support grew through relationships, referrals, and shared purpose. That part has not changed. We still stay close to the people doing the work in the community we call home.

Our vision

Meeting the need because we can.

Our purpose

To walk out our Christian faith by living its values in all our spheres of influence, and to encourage others to do the same.

Our values

Cultivating a healthy culture everywhere we go.

We believe a healthy community rests on three things: identity, maturity, and mission.

Identity. Maturity. Mission.

How we do the work matters.

We want these to show in more than what we fund. They should show in how we treat people, and in why we do any of this at all.

I

Identity

Living with integrity, and staying grounded in who we are wherever we happen to be.

II

Maturity

Letting faith grow into every part of life, so that our choices and the way we treat people reflect Christ.

III

Mission

Faith comes with responsibility: to welcome people, to serve them, and to help cultivate God’s Kingdom wherever we are.

“Do not withhold good…”

“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.”

Proverbs 3:27

Our team

The people who steward the work.

Between them they keep the Foundation running, and keep it close to the community it serves.
